Colorful Spring Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Stephanie and her bridesmaids changed into their wedding attire while Steven and his groomsmen posed for group photos in the Foyer. The groomsmen were suited up in navy matching Steven. After their shots, Stephanie and her girls came out making sure to not cross paths with the guys. Stephanie wore a sparkly lace wedding gown, and her bridesmaids wore beige. After sharing many laughs, both groups lined up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, and took a seat. Colorful flowers marked the front and back of the aisle. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Stephanie. Joined together in front of all their closest friends and family, Stephanie and Steven read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

During cocktail hour guests mixed and mingled outside where tables were set, and a comfortable lounge offered additional seating. Black Bean and Sweet Potato Empanadas and Mini Al Pastor Tacos were tray passed around the Olive Grove and Classic Margarita and Manhattan signature drinks were served at the bar. After plenty of sipping and snacking, everyone headed inside.

Tables were topped with colorful flowers, candles, and printed menus. Stephanie and Steven made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Ensalada Las Mesas, Chicken Fajitas, Chipotle Braised Short Ribs, Cheese Enchiladas, and Elote Creamed Corn were served while toasts were shared. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their personal wedding cake and invited guests to indulge in our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes. The evening ended with lots of dancing and a streamer grand exit.
